A：1) Make sure your mobile is connected to a 2.4GHz network. The video doorbell does not connect to any 5GHz network.
2) Make sure the sound on your mobile is as loud as possible. The app sends sound signals during the ‘pairing’ to the video doorbell.
3) Make sure the doorbell is in ‘Pairing mode’.
4) Make sure the batteries are fully charged.
Q：The device cannot live view normally?
A：1) Check whether the network is normal.You can put the camera close to the router.If not,
it is recommended to remove the device—reset the device— add the device again.
